What kind of paint do you use, and is it safe for sensitive skin?

We exclusively use professional-grade, cosmetic-quality face paints that are FDA-compliant, non-toxic, and specifically designed for use on skin. These paints are water-activated and easy to remove with soap and water. While our paints are formulated to be gentle, we always recommend a small patch test for children with known severe skin sensitivities or allergies.

How far in advance should I book?

Typically 2–3 months ahead, as we have only 9 available weekend spots for packages per month - weekday dates are available.

What do I need to provide for the face painter/balloon twister?

We arrive with all necessary supplies — paints, balloons, brushes, glitter, and a professional setup. We kindly request a small shaded area if outdoors, plus access to a table and two chairs (though we can bring our own if needed — just let us know in advance).

Do you require a deposit, and what is your cancellation policy?

Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date. It goes toward your total balance, with the remainder due on the event day. We don't offer cancellations, but we're happy to reschedule if availability allows — please contact us as soon as possible.

Can you accommodate specific themes or custom design requests?

Absolutely! We love bringing unique visions to life. Let us know your event theme or any specific design requests when booking and we'll do our best to match your event's style perfectly.

Can I customize a package?

Yes! Reach out to us directly and we'll work with you to put together something that fits your event.

Are taxes included in your package price?

Yes! The price you see is the price you pay — the only exception is a $50 travel fee for events located an hour or more from our base.

Do the concession machines come with supplies?

Yes! We provide popcorn kits for up to 50 servings, plus your choice of pink or blue cotton candy — also serving up to 50 people with 50 cones included. Any additional supplies will be at an extra charge.

Are your bounce houses insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and certified by the state of Massachusetts to operate our bounce houses — insurance was a prerequisite to obtain our license.

What happens if it rains or there's bad weather?

Light rain is okay — we recommend keeping the blower on so the bounce house doesn't flood. However, if wind gusts reach 15 mph or higher we are required to take the bounce house down for safety. We monitor the forecast before your event and give you a green light or discuss rescheduling if needed.

Are your bounce houses safe for all ages?

Our bounce houses are designed with kids in mind and are best suited for children. We recommend that adults and toddlers under 2 years old do not use the bounce house to ensure everyone's safety.

How early do you arrive to set up?

We can arrive between 9am and 5pm, and we aim to arrive at least one hour before your event starts. If you have a specific arrival time in mind, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What space is needed for the bounce house?

For our standard bounce houses you'll need at least 16'L × 16'W × 16'H of clear space. For our combo slide bounce house, you'll need 32'L × 15'W × 17'H.

Is there a travel fee?

For events located an hour or more from our base, we apply a flat $50 travel fee. This will always be communicated upfront before you confirm your booking — no hidden charges.

When do you pickup?

We typically pick up in the evening between 8–10pm. If you need an earlier or later pickup, we're happy to accommodate — just let us know. Concession machines are always picked up the same day. If weather permits, we can leave the bounce house overnight and return for pickup the following morning between 7am–1pm.
